Trieur enables to be separated small impurities such as crushed wheat, herb seeds in the cereal product. It has been used effectively in seed cleaning stations and flour plants. Machine consists of a cylinder with single or double hobnailed sleeve and spiral placed in it. The product flow is of two stages. Initially, while the product is falling down on pressurized section of cylindrical hobnailed plate, crushed grains kept in their grooves is poured into the pool with spiral and is removed out from the system; then, keeping the cereal grains in smaller diameter troughs, long time remaining grains are provided to remove out from the system .
