Ultra Double Deck Trieur<\/strong> is a high-performance grading and separation machine designed for precise removal of broken wheat, weed seeds, and other small foreign materials from grain in flour mills and seed cleaning plants.The machine consists of single or double deck indented cylinders rotating in motion, combined with an internal screw (auger) system placed inside the cylinders. Thanks to its two-stage operating structure, the product is first fed onto the pressed section of the cylindrical indented sheet. Broken and short kernels that settle into the surface pockets are guided by the screw conveyor into the collection chamber and discharged from the system.In the second stage, the grain is processed on a surface with smaller-diameter indentations, allowing effective separation of longer kernels. Trieur enables to be separated small impurities such as crushed wheat, herb seeds in the cereal product. It has been used effectively in seed cleaning stations and flour plants. Machine consists of a cylinder with single or double hobnailed sleeve and spiral placed in it. The product flow is of two stages.
