Dust Cyclone is a high-efficiency filtration unit installed at the outlet of aspirators in grain cleaning and flour production plants to effectively capture dust and light airborne particles.
\nAir coming from cleaning machines, containing a high concentration of dust, enters the cyclone tangentially. This inlet design creates a strong vortex flow inside the cyclone body, while the expanding cross-section allows the air velocity to decrease in a controlled manner. Under the combined effects of centrifugal force and gravity, flour dust, husk particles, and other light materials are thrown against the cyclone walls and collected in the lower conical section.
